What's next?

Safari Salama 2008 West Africa with brother Bo is on the agenda, particularly Cameroon.

Tibet - that is, the TAR - has been on the list for a long time though we got to a lot of the Tibetan provinces in 2001. Originally we wanted to go before the train arrived - but that's now pouring in han chinese, so we will just have to go, and go out the back door.

Afghanistan & Pakistan - Ariana is the ancient name for Afghanistan - and their national airline is "Ariana Air". We had our Pakistani visas to do the Karakorum Highway in 2001 when September 11 forever changed the world - so Pakistan is unfinished business. And Afghanistan... well no one goes there!

Iran - on Bush's axis of evil. One has to say no more - its enticing for that reason, plus its well known reputation as a truly friendly country.

Tonga - swimming with the whales

Myanmar/Burma - we have to revisit the whole amazing country - particularly Nagaland and down south in the skinny bit alongside Thailand.

Indonesia - the multitude of amazing islands in this diverse archipelago, particularly Flores and the Banda Is
